7.            NOTES.

7.1          Intended use.   The intended use of the types and classes are:

Type II  -              Herbicide is effective on easy-to-kill or moderately easy-to-kill weeds.

Type III -              Class 1- Herbicide is effective on deep rooted perennial weeds, old semi-                                                                            resistant weeds and woody species.

                                Class 2- Herbicide is used the same as Class 1 however Class 2 should be used in                                                                                areas where sensitive crops such as cotton are grown.
